Our Story

Awaken Wellbeing was founded by Carmel Taylor - A qualified Naturopath and a member of ANTA for 30 years. She combines her extensive experience in Nutrition, Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy, Neurological Integrative System (NIS), NLP, Kinesiology, Energy Medicine, Healing Touch & Allergy Support(NAET) to holistically support her clients wellness journey. Her passion for healing lead to the development of a these formulations.
