Calm Formulation may help to calm nerves, restlessness, overactive mind and body, also may help with anxiety, night terrors, teething, panic, overwhelm, shock, recovery from trauma, inability to cope, resilience and deep restorative sleep. 

Also may help strengthen and balance the central nervous system therefore assist the Parasympathetic Nervous System to calm, decrease pain, discomfort and negative reactions to all kinds of overstimulation.

Also may be of benefit for animals and pets.

Ingredients

Chamomile, Hops, Skullcap, Passionflower, Zizyphus, Lavender, Rescue Remedy in a base of demineralised water and alcohol.

Directions

• Baby 1-2 drops 3x daily
  
• Child 3-5 drops 3x daily
• Adult 5-10 drops 3x daily or as directed by health practitioner.

Suggestions for use

• Add drops directly to mouth 
• Add  to room temperature water and if necessary add a dash of apple juice

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Gently shake before each use.
